PMS stands for pantone matching system. PMS colors are imprint colors used for common methods of imprinting such as pad printing and screen printing. All product suppliers offer stock (free) imprint colors. If you need s specific PMS color match for your art/logo that is not a stock imprint color, you may incur a PMS Color Match charge. If there is a charge, you would incur this charge each time you re-order.

A run charge is a decoration charge. The first color/location run charge is included in your unit price. For every additional color and/or location (side) that is imprinted, you will incur an additional color or additional location run charge. For example: if your logo is 2 colors you will have one additional color run charge for the second color in your logo.

A set-up charge is a decoration charge. For stress balls, it refers to the plate that is created to place your custom imprint or logo on the stress ball. A plate must be created for every color in your artwork. You incur a set-up charge for every color and/or location (side) imprint. For example: if your logo has 2 colors, you will incur 2 set-up charges.
