Rush service is available on hundreds of items, but cannot be guaranteed. If you are requesting a 3-day production rush the following parameters apply:
- Catalog quantities only.
- One color, one location imprint only.
- Artwork must be submitted in a usable format (see artwork requirements tab on product page) and will be used as provided. We do not edit artwork for rush orders.
- Based on the time of day you submit your order, with timely art proof approval we will ship either 3 or 4 business days after order date. If rush service is not possible a customer service representative will contact you.
- Rush service refers to production time only and does not include ship time. Based on where you are located ground shipping can be 1-5 business days. Buy Promos LLC (DBA 1001StressBalls.com) cannot guarantee delivery dates.
SPECIALS & PROMOTIONS
Cannot be combined with any other promotions or specials.
Product color, design, texture, and/or density may vary with inventory replenishments. Imprinting methods used are adjusted by hand-eye coordination. While every effort is made for inventory and imprint consistency, a totally uniform inventory and imprint on each piece cannot be guaranteed.
We only ship to physical addresses in the United States. We understand that it is important to review an item you are considering for purchase first-hand before placing an order. We will ship one sample at no charge via ground. For additional samples, we do not charge for the sample itself but you will be responsible to cover the cost of shipping. We charge a flat rate of $7.00 for each additional sample request. If you have a UPS or Fed Ex account and would like to use it for shipping, include this in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX on the sample order form. If you need expedited shipping include your UPS or Fed Ex account number in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX and specify shipping level. Samples cannot be returned and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to call you to verify your sample request before shipping the sample, or deny the sample request. If you are a Canadian customer and have a Fed Ex or UPS account number for 3rd party billing, we will ship a sample to Canada as well. Some items may not be available to order as a sample. A customer service representative will contact you if we are unable to send the sample you requested.
Please refer to the Fees & Charges tab on the product page for possible charges. We offer a free emailed art proof on most orders. Any requests for revisions by the customer (excluding error by Buy Promos or art dept.) are subject to a $10.00 per revision charge. Art proofs are not available on next-day rush orders, and are not guaranteed on 3-day rush orders.
Different suppliers have different art requirements. File resolution must be 300 dpi or greater. The ideal file format is camera ready artwork created in Adobe Illustrator (.eps or .ai). No placed images & all text must be converted to outlines. You can attach your artwork to the order form. A customer service rep will review you order and contact you if there is an art issue. If you are unable to provide usable art a minimum charge of $12.00 may be applied to your order to fix your artwork. For a text-only imprint you do not need to submit artwork. Use the special instructions box on the order form.
The computerized colors shown on our website and order form that represent stock imprint colors are just an approximation of that color.
Once an art proof has been created for your order, if you decide to cancel your order you may be billed for the time and effort given to your order up to this point.
Over/Under Run Policy
Our suppliers reserve the right to allow a possible 5% variance over/under the quantity you have ordered for quality control purposes. You will be billed for the quantity shipped.
Placing Your Order
Stock: cannot be guaranteed until the date an official order is placed and we verify stock availability. Timeframe: Once you submit your order it will be reviewed by a customer service representative. Sometimes there is an issue with stock, artwork, etc. A company representative will contact you via email or telephone if we have any concerns about your order or in-hands date. Order confirmation: Buy Promos, LLC cannot guarantee fulfillment of your order until it is received, reviewed, and you receive an order acknowledgement via email from us. If we are unable to contact you we reserve the right to cancel your order. Order deposit: If you are a new customer a deposit will be taken at the time you place your order, including a shipping estimate.
PMS Color Match
We will make every effort to match your color as closely as possible. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. If you require a PMS match additional charges may apply.
We only accept payment via PO from official government agencies, accredited colleges & universities and existing customers.
We offer free rush service on thousands of items but rush service cannot be guaranteed. During periods of high order volume our suppliers may suspend rush service temporarily without prior notice. Refer to individual stress ball product pages for more information about rush service.
We will typeset a text-only imprint on any standard order, and on most rush orders. If we are typesetting text on a rush order without an art proof, Buy Promos, LLC DBA 1001StressBalls.com will not be held responsible for any typos or errors on an imprint. We highly suggest sumbitting an art file for a text-only imprint.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs: We provide a ship estimate on your order acknowledgement. We only ship via UPS and Fed Ex. Transit time: If you specify a date you need your order by we refer to UPS or Fed Ex listed transit time to determine ship method for your order. Buy Promos, LLC cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Once your order is picked up by the shipper it is the shipper's responsibility to deliver your order on time. We will make every effort to ensure that your order ships on time. However, we are not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Using your shipper account on order: most of our suppliers will on your UPS or Fed Ex account number if you specify this. Some suppliers will not do this so we cannot guarantee it. Should you order a product from a supplier who will not ship on your account we will notify you before proceeding with order. If we ship on your account, shipping & handling charges may apply.
Merchandise Return Policy
Non-imprinted merchandise (blank goods): we do not accept returns.
Printed merchandise: We are not responsible for imprint errors if (1) a customer approves an art proof that contained an error (2) the order is a rush order where it is stated that we cannot provide an art proof. In such cases where a imprint error occurs on our end we will redo the order or issue a refund. Imprinted merchandise cannot be returned. Please do not initiate a return prior to contacting us.
CPSIA - Consumer Product Safety Information Act
Our products are safety tested and meet U.S. market standards for promotional products. Stress balls/ stress relievers are a promotional product and they are intended for adult use, and not intended for children under 12-years of age. CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) testing is completed on various products. CPSIA is not pre-labeled on most items. Orders intended for children 12-years or younger require a CPSIA tracking label imprint in order to be in compliance with CPSIA. Additional charges may apply.
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for 1001StressBalls.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
- How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
